USASA U-20 Man Tournament - Results » The New Jersey Soccer Association has hosted for the 5th year, the USASA U20 Men National Tournament during the past weekend in Manalapan, NJ The Women U20 Tournament was held in Kirkwood, Delaware. Six Men teams from New Jersey, Eastern NY and the MSSL participated. Despite the torrid weather conditions, all teams displayed great skills and competitiveness. After a qualification round of games on Sunday to determine the teams that advanced, both Semifinals were decided by Penalty Kicks after 120 minutes of play and finally the Bethlehem Knights were able to subdue a strong La Grange Red Devils in the final to conquer the title. US Under-20 Cup » The USASA Under-20 National Cup will be hosted by USASA Region I and the New Jersey Soccer Association. It will take place on 17-18 July in Manalapan, New Jersey. This is an open tournament as there are no state qualifiers to enter and teams from outside of Region I are welcomed to enter. Teams must be registered through their respective USASA or USYSA (U19 and younger) state association or regional league (see policies for details). Top of the line USSF coaching instructors will guide you through various methods of technical, tactical, physical and mental preparation for a soccer game as well as updating you with the new developments of the game itself. This Amateur License is recognized by the USSF and it could be used, upon qualification, to pursue higher levels coaching licenses. Amateur Coaching License Class

 The New Jersey Soccer Association is now able to provide you with an official Coaching License designed specifically for the Amateur Adult soccer community.

Top of the line USSF coaching instructors will guide you through various methods of technical, tactical, physical and mental preparation for a soccer game as well as updating you with the new developments of the game itself.

This Amateur License is recognized by the USSF and it could be used, upon qualification, to pursue higher levels coaching licenses.

Candidates successfully completing this course, upon recommendation by the Coaching Instructor and with the clearance of the USSF, could qualify to enter the U.S.S.F. National “C” license course.

At the present time the USYSA and its affiliated members do not recognize this Amateur Coaching License therefore it cannot be considered as a replacement for the F, E or D coaching licenses if intended to be used in a Youth soccer competition.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be affiliated in some capacity (coach, player, administrator, referee) with any member affiliated with the New Jersey Soccer Association or of any other National Association member of the United States Adult Soccer Association.

All applicants must identify their relationship to any of these members and such qualifications will be checked before acceptance to the class.

Duration:

The duration of this course will be for a total of 20 hours.

CANDIDATES MUST ATTEND ALL OF THE 20 HOURS IN ORDER TO PASS THE COURSE.

Cost:

The participation cost for the course will be $160.00 per person.

Cost includes all printed materials, water and 2 lunches. Dinners are on your own.

Equipment:

Each participant is responsible for his own equipment.

All attendees must supply their own soccer ball.

Friday              August 13                   7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

CANDIDATES MUST ATTEND ALL OF THE 20 HOURS IN ORDER TO PASS THE COURSE

Refund policy:

Once accepted, a refund of 1/2 of the fee will be made if the applicant withdraws up to 72 hours before the start of the class.

Withdrawals with less than 72 hours or no-show at the class for any reason, will force the forfeit of the full participation fee.
